How do I use Flash Pay (scan to pay)?

What this guide covers​

Helps you use DeBox Flash Pay for scan-to-pay: open the entry, scan payment codes, confirm amount and pay, and view transaction status and history.

Requirements and before you start​

  • DeBox is installed and open.
  • Product tutorial entry: tap avatar on Home, then open Flash Pay.
  • First use may require email verification (security check only).
  • Prepare stablecoin balance for payment (e.g. USDT/USDC) and network Gas (or an enabled GasToken—follow page options).
  • Supported networks and QR code types follow current in-app tutorial/FAQ.
Security reminder

Verify recipient and amount before paying. Do not pay twice after submitting on-chain. Processing may continue while merchant and network confirm. DeBox will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or PIN.

Steps​

1. Open Flash Pay​

  1. Open DeBox, go to Home and tap avatar (or follow the current version entry).
  2. Tap Flash Pay to open the home page.
  3. Optionally tap Flash Pay tutorial or FAQ for supported country QR codes and networks.

2. Scan​

  1. Tap Scan now or Scan to pay · cashback on every purchase.
  2. Use the system camera to scan merchant payment codes, supported country QR codes, or other allowed code types.
  3. Wait for decode; if invalid QR or App upgrade is required, follow prompts.

3. Enter or confirm amount​

  1. For non-fixed amounts, enter the payment amount on the amount page.
  2. Minimum payment limits follow the page and FAQ.
  3. On the confirmation page, verify This payment, Recipient account, and other details.

4. Confirm payment​

  1. Tap Confirm payment; if Gas-free payment is shown and available, you may use it.
  2. If prompted to enable GasToken or Gas is insufficient, resolve before paying.
  3. Complete biometric or PIN verification as prompted.
  4. After submit you may see Processing: on-chain payment submitted, merchant and network confirming—do not pay again.
  5. View Payment successful, Payment failed, or check Transaction history later.

On Flash Pay home, Recent transactions shows recent orders; tap View all for Transaction history and details.

Common questions​

Which networks are supported?​

In-app tutorial has listed e.g. USDT/USDC on Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, Tron. Follow the current version announcement.

Which country/region QR codes are supported?​

Follow Flash Pay tutorial / FAQ in the App (may include Pix, VietQR, QR Ph, etc., and may expand). Channel availability may change.

Payment stuck on Processing?​

Wait for network and merchant confirmation—do not scan and pay the same order again. Check transaction history; if unresolved for a long time, keep order info and contact official support.

Refund on failed payment?​

Product FAQ: if failure is due to merchant or QR issues, deducted amounts may refund within a stated period (copy has mentioned within 24 hours). Verify with order details and support.

Per-transaction / daily limits?​

Tutorial and FAQ may show country-specific limit tiers that update. Follow current Flash Pay page—do not rely on outdated external tables.
