How do I view and claim Flash Pay rewards?

What this guide covers​

Helps you view Flash Pay consumption cashback and reward progress, claim pending rewards, and verify details in reward history.

Requirements and before you start​

  • You can already use Flash Pay scan to pay.
  • Cashback entry is on Flash Pay home under consumption cashback / Rewards Center, same module as scan pay.
  • Abnormal or refunded orders usually do not earn rewards (follow activity rules).
  • Some reward pools may require minimum spending in the last 7 days (product copy has mentioned $10 in 7 days—follow the page).
Activity rules summary

In-app rules include: spending earns cashback settled daily; reward pools may allocate by last-7-day spending share; inviting friends' spending may earn extra rewards; daily settlement at 08:00 (UTC+8); abnormal/refunded orders excluded. Follow the in-app rules modal.

Steps​

1. Open Flash Pay and view cashback overview​

  1. Go to Flash Pay home.
  2. On cards like Full cashback on spending, view e.g. total cashback, total spending, pending unlock rewards, cashback progress.
  3. Open activity rules or spending overview as needed.

The page may note: every purchase accumulates cashback, up to 100% of purchase amount (follow current activity rules).

2. Claim in Rewards Center​

  1. Under Rewards Center, view Pending rewards.
  2. When claimable amount exists, tap Claim.
  3. Confirm in the Confirm claim modal and complete on-chain signature/verification.
  4. View Claim successful or failure (e.g. claim failed, expired, nothing to claim).

If claim address changed, close and retry.

3. View reward history​

  1. Tap Reward history.
  2. Browse by date (e.g. today / yesterday / day before).
  3. Note statuses like Pending unlock; pending rewards are usually credited but unlock gradually with more spending (follow page copy).

Common questions​

No Claim button?​

Usually no claimable amount yet, or rewards still pending unlock/settlement. Complete Flash Pay purchases and wait for the settlement cycle.

What is direct referral reward?​

Rewards Center may show cumulative direct referral rewards; product copy has described a percentage of invitees' spending (e.g. 0.2%). Follow page announcement.

Reward pool shows Coming soon?​

Pool not yet open for claim or participation—check the App later.

Claim failed?​

Confirm network, wallet address unchanged, retry per prompts; if on-chain processing, wait and check reward history—avoid repeated taps causing confusion.
